The Rafah border crossing has opened for the first time in nearly nine months to allow sick and wounded Palestinian patients in Gaza to travel to Egypt for medical treatment abroad.

Gaza’s Health Ministry on Saturday said a group of 50 patients, accompanied by 61 caregivers, crossed from Rafah to reach Egypt.

Qatar News Agency reports, US president announced Gaza ceasefire deal and major process to rebuild Gaza. Soon after, government personnel from different countries have welcomed the most awaited and coveted ceasefire deal in Gaza. They have also expressed their concern regarding the restoration of Palestine. Some of the nations who have reportedly welcomed the ceasefire deal are, Germany, Iran, Algeria, Lebanon, Malaysia, Jordan, China, Kuwait, South Korea, Switzerland, Turkiye, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt, Pakistan, Somalia, European Union, Japan, Italy.

The Israeli Occupation Forces murdered over 46,788 Palestinians since the beginning of genocide in Gaza.

Genocide terminates the lives of over 45 thousand civilians

Since the start of Israeli settlers’ genocide in Palestine from October 7, 2023 to this day, over 45 thousand civilians have been murdered and martyred. The number of injured civilians is reported to be over 107 thousand. Most of them are children and women. Hundreds of the dead bodies lie under rubble of bombarded or demolished buildings.

Qatar News Agency reports that, over the past 24 hours, the occupation forces have committed four massacres against families in the war-torn enclave, leaving 32 killed and 54 others injured.

Palestinian people live under constant threat. They look for their family members, dead or alive in these debris. It has turned into one of their daily tasks. Just because it always happens doesn’t mean they shall be left to be living like this. There are children who deserve better lives.

Imagine this happening to us who are keeping our businesses normal. Can we ever imagine looking for our own people among the residue of destroyed buildings?
