Israeli settlers have attacked Palestinians in the villages of Al-Mughair and Sinjil near Ramallah in the central occupied West Bank, local media reported.
Local sources said settlers attacked the outskirts of the village of Al-Mughair from the southern side, assaulted a number of residents, and then attacked a Bedouin tent inhabited by Ayham Abu Naim and his family. No injuries were reported.
The sources added that settlers, protected by the Israeli occupation army, also stormed the archaeological area in the town of Sinjil, northeast of Ramallah.
Settler violence against Palestinians in the occupied West Bank has increased since 7 October 2023, with four attacks reported on average every day, according to data from the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs.
