Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using istandwithpalestine.org you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

About the Platform

I Stand With Palestine is a free platform for global solidarity with the Palestinian people, operated by Ummah Media Group LLC. We provide tools for sharing personal stories, accessing the BDS (Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions) directory, and taking direct action in support of Palestinian rights.

The platform is free to use and does not carry advertising. It is sustained through voluntary donations.

User Accounts

When registering for an account, you agree that:

• You will provide accurate and truthful registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
• You will only create one account per person.
• You will not share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.

Content Guidelines

Users retain ownership of content they submit to the platform but grant Ummah Media Group LLC a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote that content on istandwithpalestine.org.

Users may NOT post:

• Content unrelated to Palestinian solidarity.
• Hate speech, harassment, threats, or personal attacks against any individual or group.
• Spam, commercial advertising, affiliate links, or unsolicited self-promotion.
• Misinformation or deliberately false, fabricated, or misleading content.
• Content that violates any applicable local, national, or international law.
• Images or media you do not have the rights to use or share.
• Personal information of others (doxxing) without their consent.

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or a permanent ban at our discretion.

Moderation

All submitted stories are reviewed by our moderation team before being published. We reserve the right to reject, edit for formatting, or remove any content at our sole discretion — including content that is technically within guidelines but inconsistent with the platform's mission.

Repeat violations of content guidelines will result in account suspension. Serious violations (threats, doxxing, illegal content) will result in immediate permanent bans and may be reported to relevant authorities.

BDS Directory

The BDS Directory is provided for educational and informational purposes. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information is current, complete, or free of error. Users should conduct their own research before making decisions based on directory listings.

Users may suggest additions to the directory via the community suggestion system. All suggestions are subject to review and approval before being added. Submitting a suggestion does not guarantee it will be approved.

Donations

Donations made through istandwithpalestine.org are voluntary. All donations go directly toward the operating costs of this platform (hosting, infrastructure, and development).

• Donations are non-refundable once processed.
• We do not forward donations to any external organisations. See our donate page for recommended humanitarian organisations.
• All payment processing is handled by Stripe.
• Monthly donations can be cancelled at any time via your dashboard.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided “as-is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content on the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ummah Media Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the past twelve months (if any).

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
